1. Who we are

2. What the service is

Dansk Jagtformidling is a free marketplace where landowners, syndicates and hunters find each other. We provide the platform.

We are not a party to agreements between users, and we do not verify ownership, hunting rights, areas, prices or the people who advertise. Never enter an agreement without seeing the land yourself and getting a written contract.

3. Account

You log in with your email and a code we send you. You must be 18 or older.

You are responsible for what happens from your account. You can delete your account and all your listings at any time under Account.

4. Your listings

You are responsible for the content of your listings and for having the right to offer the hunting and use the photos you upload. Listings must follow the listing rules.

You give us the right to show and reproduce your listing with text and photos on the site, in emails to users with a search agent, in our feed and on our Facebook page and in our Facebook group, for as long as the listing is active and for 30 days afterwards.

We may use the listing's factual details, such as area, price, region, terrain and game species, in anonymised form for statistics and price overviews, also after the listing has expired. The information cannot be traced back to you.

5. How we moderate

We do not pre-approve listings manually. Content is checked automatically on creation and editing, partly by a language model (AI), and users can report listings. If the rules are broken we may reject or hide a listing and block an account.

Decisions are generally made automatically. You always get a reason, and you can have the decision reviewed by a human by writing to us via the contact page. We normally reply within 10 working days. The rules and the procedure are set out in the listing rules.

6. Contact between users

When you write to an advertiser we pass your message on by email with your address as the reply address. We do not show the advertiser's email.

The contact feature may only be used for enquiries about the listing. Spam, harassment and marketing lead to blocking.

7. Price and changes to the service

Creating listings, searching and using a search agent is free. We may change, extend or close the service. If we introduce paid options, it only happens when you actively choose them.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for losses arising from agreements between users, incorrect information in listings, downtime or lost content, to the extent the law permits such a limitation.

If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you posted in breach of these terms, you shall indemnify us.

9. Use of site content

You may not copy listings or contact details systematically, including with automated tools, and you may not use the information for marketing.

10. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. We give notice of material changes on the site and by email to users with active listings at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law and disputes are settled by the Danish courts. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules that protect you still apply.

Illegal content is easiest to report with "Report listing" on the listing itself.
